Continuing in our tradition of creating incredible summer show experiences for teens in the Fort Worth area, TxMTC is excited to produce the newly available “Finding Neverland."

“Based on the Academy Award-winning motion picture and the play The Man Who Was Peter Pan, Finding Neverland follows the relationship between playwright J.M. Barrie and the family that inspired "Peter Pan, or The Boy Who Wouldn’t Grow Up." Finding Neverland features music and lyrics by Gary Barlow and Eliot Kennedy and a book by James Graham.”

'“J.M. Barrie, a struggling playwright, encounters a widowed mother, Sylvia Llewelyn Davies and her four sons in Kensington Park. As Barrie befriends the family, he is inspired by their adventures, particularly Peter, who is reluctant to play due to his grief. Barrie helps him to learn to play again and becomes inspired to create a new art form: children's theatre. But who will pay to see a play about children? Who will play these characters? And how will they make Peter Pan fly?”

Rewriting TxMTC “Her-story” with the first ever all female cast and directing team!!

Junie B’s Essential Survival Guide to School Jr.

Junie B. Jones is back! Based on the bestselling books, the saga of the wisecracking first-grader continues in Junie B.'s Essential Survival Guide to School JR., a goofy and heartwarming follow-up to Junie B. Jones, The Musical JR. 

A self-appointed expert on all things first grade, Junie B. is determined to write the ultimate guide - Junie B.'s Essential Survival Guide to School JR. As she deals with writer's block and constantly getting into trouble, Junie B. quickly realizes that she still has a lot to learn.

Featuring new, upbeat songs and an expanded cast, Junie B.'s Essential Survival Guide to School JR. is a hilarious, whole-hearted show about owning up to your mistakes and how nobody is ever done learning.


Rehearsals will be Monday through Friday, 9:00 am-4:00 pm, June 8-June 19.

Cost is $400.00 plus a $25 audition fee

Performances June 19 and 20.

***Vocal Auditions will be May 16. Dance auditions will be submitted via video.***

Texas Music Theatre Company (TxMTC) exists to create a diverse community of artists who will bring together different creative gifts to produce quality programs that inspire creativity, collaboration, and artistic expression while giving our audiences experiences that will spark imagination and wonder. We are committed to providing excellent arts opportunities in a safe environment where creative gifts can be explored and brought to life. We seek to intentionally mentor artists through private lessons, classes, and performing arts productions so that they can discover their giftedness, be inspired to go beyond their perceived capabilities and unleash their full potential as an emerging artist.
